I have been in and around the arts my entire life, and they have had such a profound impact on how I view the world and my place in it.

 

I think that a well-developed creative perspective has limitless applications, in a variety of fields, and vocational environments. Which is why I especially value my training and experience in acting, dance, and creative writing.

I have always had a curious mind, and a desire to share what I have learned with others. My curiosity has led me in several different, mostly artistic, directions. While it probably would have benefited me to focus on one particular career path, having several different experiences has taught me so much more than I would have expected about the journey from thought to action, or from dream to reality.

​

Perhaps my greatest experience is the one where I get to use what I have learned to teach others. I love to plant seeds of wonder and watch them grow. I teach because there is nothing like witnessing a student of any age discover something awesome about who they are and what they can do through the power of the arts.
